    • 2023 CasaSmith Cinghiale 100% Sangiovese, Rosebud Vineyard Wahluke slope WA $20. highly rated, juicy, and vibrant red wine from Washington's Wahluke Slope, noted for its bright red berry flavors, dusty rose, and herbal notes. It is a medium-bodied, savory wine with well-defined tannins and a crisp finish. and a lingering finish. Consistently praised for being a "knockout" and an affordable, high quality.
    • 2022 Franciscan Estate Cabernet Sauvignon $20. The 2022 Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied California red, noted for its bold, fruit-forward profile featuring blackberry, plum, and oak-driven notes of vanilla and mocha. Generally considered good, accessible value, it offers a smooth, structured palate with moderate tannins.
    • 2023 Kermit Lynch Cote Du Rhone, France $17 Lynch Kermit Cotes Du Rhone Rouge: Lynch Kermit Cotes Du Rhone Rouge is crafted in the Rhone Valley, France.     • 2023 St Innocent Chardonnay Villages Cuvee WV $20 A clear, cool-climate expression that leans into restraint rather than gloss. The nose opens with green apple skin, Meyer lemon, and pear, layered with subtle chamomile, wet stone, and a faint almond-skin nuttiness. On the palate it is taut and quietly textural, driven by saline acidity and a gentle phenolic grip, with flavors of citrus pith, underripe orchard fruit, and a whisper of cream that never tips into richness. Oak stays firmly in the background, more frame than flavor, allowing the wine’s mineral line and freshness to carry through a clean, lightly savory finish. Outstanding if not even more in quality, and outstanding in value at $20
    • 2024 La Vieille Ferme Blanc France $12 La Vieille Ferme White is a popular, budget-friendly French wine from the Southern Rhône Valley produced by Famille Perrin. It is a crisp, dry blend of Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Ugni Blanc, and sometimes Vermentino or Roussanne. Known for aromas of citrus, white flowers, and stone fruit, it offers excellent value. Screw cap! 12.5% ALC
    • 2023 Roseblood d’Estoublon Rosé Provence $18 Roseblood Rosé stands as the flagship cuvée, meticulously crafted to highlight elegance and subtle complexity. Under the skilled orchestration of Technical Director Victor Joyeux, this exceptional blend is sourced from Coteaux Varois en Provence vineyards. Comprising Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle, it results in a harmonious composition of flavors. It comes in elegant, playful, and bold packaging. The serpent serves as a symbol of seductive power, while the rose represents vitality and infuses floral, both embodying the essence of Château d’Estoublon’s “Garden of Eden.”
    • 2024 Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc + Viognier $13 #27 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2025 Crisp, bright, and vivacious! The Chenin Blanc opens with vibrant aromas of kiwi and fresh-cut melon, followed by key lime zest and white flowers. Hints of honeysuckle, jasmine, white peach, and nectarine add depth of flavor. The Viognier lends a luscious mouthfeel with exotic notes of lychee and orange blossom, while the Chenin Blanc provides structure and a signature citrus character. The palate is clean and crisp, balancing refreshing acidity with gentle sweetness for a harmonious finish—perfect on its own or paired with a variety of dishes. Blend: 80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Viognier
    • 2024Haut-Rian Bordeaux Blanc $13 In France, one must farm organically for a while before certification, and for Michel and Isabelle Dietrich of Chateau Haut-Rian, hard work paid off, as they were officially certified in 2025. One gets a sense of their hard work in this unoaked Bordeaux Blanc. Their vineyards are planted to 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, and the blend shows fresh, heady aromatics of both. The palate is clean and zippy, with citrus and mineral notes. It is a great aperitif, or a perfect partner for Sole Piccata.
    • 2024 Deltetto Roero Arneis Italy $20 Deltetto Roero Arneis (notably the Daivej or San Michele cuvées) is an organic white wine from Piedmont, Italy, featuring a yellow straw color. Known for its fresh, vibrant character, this wine often highlights aromas of white blossom, exotic fruit, and apple, with a savory, mineral-driven palate, and a crisp finish.
